Here at the Flee from Christian Fundamentalism blog, we sometimes run into some really strange things in the oddball world of Christian fundamentalism and conservative evangelicalism. To be perfectly honest with you, I have no idea whether the two guys in the article below are fundies because the article does not say. However, in my opinion, no other corner of Christendom could hatch something this bizarre. Regardless of that issue, dear readers, you have got to get a load of this religious news story hot off the press from Ohio. Where is Ripley’s Believe It or Not when you need the full story!!! Give this thing a read, and for the protection of your nice white blouse or dress shirt, be careful not to have a mouthful of coffee when you start reading:
You know what the Apostle Paul says in various and assorted words in the Book of Galatians: “The written law kills.” Something tells me these two guys are heading into the pages of the Book of Leviticus to mount a defense, and they are going to get themselves killed in court. I guess Paul was right in more ways than one.
